Norm Franks – Real Estate Broker

Director of New Homes and Development

Norm has been licensed to sell Real Estate for the past 20 years. He holds a Brokers designation and has consistently held recognition as one of Sutton Group Incentive Realty’s top producing agents.

Growing up, Norm held many summer and after school jobs working in the construction industry including; electrical, HVAC, drywall as well as overall general contracting. In his 20’s, Norm and his wife Lisa built their very own home taking on many of the tasks themselves. Throughout these experiences, Norm has gained extensive knowledge in how a home is built, which has come in very handy when negotiating deals for residential resale clients.

Norms passion for renovating and building homes has led him to specialize in the new home construction industry. As the exclusive Broker for ASA Development and Arcons Construction Management Corp, Norm is responsible for land acquisition, marketing and sales advice throughout the development process, co-ordination of project marketing and finally sales and after sales service management.

Throughout the years, Norm has held many Sales Directors roles for various companies including an international position in Central America.

When Norm isn’t selling Real Estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, Ayden and Mya and their family dog Oakley. Norm loves to golf and welcomes any invitation that comes his way.

Neil A. Smith – Sales Representative

Director of Real Estate Investments

Neil began his career in Real Estate as an assistant in 2001. Under the guidance of a long-term broker in the City of Barrie.  He gained the knowledge necessary to be successful and provide the services for his clients to ensure a smooth transaction. Upon becoming licensed in 2004, Neil worked for a Real Estate office that primarily focused on Commercial and Residential leasing giving him the unique perspective of working with tenancy and the rules and regulations that come with that.  After transitioning to another office, Neil focused on Residential Resale and created trusted relationships with his clients.  Given his background in Real Estate Investments & Leasing, Neil provides outstanding knowledge and value to be able to handle situations that involve tenancy for selling and purchasing in today’s hot Real Estate market.

During his spare time, Neil enjoys running, working out and anything to do with physical fitness.  Neil is a proud father of two teenage boys and prioritizes teaching his children the benefit and importance of living their best healthy and vibrant versions of themselves.
